There is a vast array of activities under the heading that I'm lucky enough to call 'work', so... here are a few of my highlights!

Content Creation
Being in my mid-fifties means that I have had life experiences that only those in the know can
understand! I talk with authenticity in the wellness, beauty and curve fashion arenas. Nothing is
taboo when it comes to having conversations that normalise peoples’ experiences.
I have box lighting, backdrops and studio sound at home to create UGC or more professionally delivered content.
I can speak eloquently or read from a scripted autocue with conviction and flow.

Modelling
I was the first Plus size model taken on by the pioneering UK Plus-size modelling agency back in
1990. I trailblazed for Curve women everywhere whilst turning fashion editors on to the increasing
visibility of Plus size people. I spoke as a guest on talk shows, took part in fashion shows and
featured in advertising campaigns, marketing materials and magazine editorial.
Today, I am mainly a commercial model, but open to doing more fashion work. I am experienced,
relaxed and natural in front of the camera, I understand lighting and know my angles! I am also a
regular at QVC where I work on live shows modelling beauty, hair and fashion items.
Presenting
During the years in which I had a corporate career, it became apparent that I had a gift for
presenting, be it sales pitches or conference presentations. I have great stage presence and
a natural ability to communicate through the screen. My naturally expressive face, playful demeanour and quick wit lend themselves well to a compelling piece.
I also present on shopping TV channels in the UK and USA, selling skincare and beauty products with authority, conviction and personality.
Podcast Guest
I have many life experiences and interesting stories to tell. Primarily around the changes in the
attitudes over the past 30 years, of the fashion industry and their stakeholders. I am also a survivor
of 2 different primary cancers and I have messaging to deliver around mindset and positivity.
E-Commerce or Training Videos
Here, I help brands to deliver product information and demonstrate usage through clear, relatable
instruction and guidance. I can demonstrate a product whilst talking through instructions, features
and benefits. I can work to a script or a set of training notes.
Actor
Not classically trained, but a Youth theatre performance starlet who developed her skills on both
stage and screen. A life time of acting, masking and overcoming challenges has given me insight into all of the emotions and an ability to deliver a scene with feeling, by feeling it. I have experience as an extra and leading roles in corporate/student films charity films and a music video.
Corporate/Training Videos
I have extensive experience and natural ability in delivering a piece to camera to communicate a
corporate message internally or feature as part of a sales video for companies and brands across all
industries. I have natural credibility and believability, that gives reassurance to the viewer and the
kind of persuasive manner that prompts a ‘Buy it now’ action!

I have featured in documentaries both on TV and web based shows. I can talk eloquently,
fluently and confidently with a compelling manner and an authentic style.
Testimonial Videos
Product and service reviews packaged and ready to post online. I can work from a script, or familiarise myself with facts and deliver them from my heart.
Motivational speaking
Mainly targeted towards female empowerment, self motivation, self belief, exploring mindset,
growth opportunities and change. I have worked extensively in sales organisations during my corporate years
and this has given me a plethora of behavioural and mindset training to instil confidence in others. I have extensive experience in inspiring and developing direct sales professionals via corporate roles in the industry.
